Add/Change Appointments window
Purpose
Use this window to create the appointment types used when you set up class schedules on the Maintain Class window.
To access this window
Complete one of the following to access this window.
- On the Maintenance menu, point to Scheduling Maintenance and click Maintain Appointments.
- Use the keyboard shortcut Alt, N, H, A.

Item descriptions
Fields and boxes
| Item | Description |

| Look for Appointment Description | Enter an appointment type to look for. The grid automatically moves to matching appointments as you type. |
| Appointment Description grid | Displays any appointment types set up in AIMsi. Click one to populate the boxes on the right with information. |
| Description | Enter a description for the appointment type. You can enter up to 40 characters here. |
| Membership Type | Indicate if this appointment type is for a group or private class. |
| Appointment Length | Enter the length of the appointment type in minutes. |
| Rate |
Enter a billing rate for the appointment type. Consider your billing cycle (Billing Type box) when you enter this rate. For example, if you bill the students weekly, enter the weekly rate and if you bill quarterly, enter the quarterly rate. |
| Appointment Type | Indicate if this is a recurring appointment type or a one-time appointment type. |
| Billing Type | Indicate if this rate should be charged weekly, annually, on a per class basis, or other similar billing cycle. |
| Appointment Color: Red/Green/Blue | Appointment types can be color-coded on the Scheduling window. If you want to display this appointment type as a specific color, enter the RGB value or click Get Color to select a predefined color. |
| Store Location grid | Select the store location where the appointment type will be available to schedule. |
Buttons

| Get Color | Displays a color window where you can select a predefined color or define a new one. |
| Save | Saves any changes you've made to the appointment. This button only displays if you've added or edited an appointment. |
| Cancel | Cancels any changes you've made to the appointment type. This button only displays if you've added or edited an appointment type. |
| Delete | Deletes the highlighted appointment type. |
| Add | Clears the window so you can add a new appointment type. |
| Exit | Returns to the previous window. |
